Insulation is a great investment for your home. If your insulation was installed before 2008, it’s likely to need a top-up. Under new legislation (Healthy Homes Standards, part of the Residential Tenancy Amendment Act 2020), landlords have obligations for insulation, fixed heating, ventilation, draught stopping, smoke alarms and more.
