With all of New Zealand except Auckland moving to Alert Level 2 from Wednesday 8 September, we are re-opening more of our usual services.
Our assessors will continue to provide quotes for insulation and our installers will continue insulation installs, both under the same strict protocols as in Level 3 and with minimal customer contact, to keep you and our staff safe. We will resume installs on the West Coast from Monday 13 September. Home Energy Checks are on hold until Level 1.
Our Curtain Bank is still closed to customers. However, our staff are working and you can apply for curtains online.
Both our online shop and the shop at our office will re-open on Wednesday 8 September. We can receive customers again at our office for either payments or the shop but scanning in or using the manual register will be required, as well as wearing a facemask.
Any customers who had their quote or insulation install appointments canceled due to the Level 4 lockdown and had requested to postpone their assessments or insulation installs until Level 2, will be contacted by us by phone or email to reschedule their appointments.
If you have any further questions, you can either email or call us during our normal business hours.
Take care, stay safe, be kind!
