COVID-19 UPDATE

 

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Developments around Covid-19 are fast-moving and we encourage you to check our website regularly for updates.

 

We are now at Alert Level 2 and the following services are available:

 

Insulation installs:

We have started insulation installs in Level 3 and they will continue in Level 2. 

 

If you had already been booked in for the installation of insulation and we had to cancel due to the lockdown, you will be contacted by us. You do not need to call us.

If you had accepted our quote but didn’t have an appointment yet, we will also contact you in due course. You do not need to call us.

 

We have put in place processes to ensure the health and safety of our customers and our staff. Due to its nature, there is very limited contact between you as the customer and our installers during the installation of insulation in the ceiling and under the floor. Our Covid-19 health and safety processes will keep customers and staff as safe as possible.

 

During level 2 it is mandatory that our customer services team asks you some questions around the health of you and others in your household to make sure it is safe for our staff, to come into your home. The CEA staff are all well and they will not be allowed to work if they are not. When our staff visit your home they will be dressed according to the Covid-19 Health & Safety guidelines and will take all necessary precautions.

 

If you as a customer still feel uncomfortable about our installers installing insulation in your house, if you are sick with Covid-19 or suspect you may be, or you have been severely affected financially, our staff will discuss your options with you. We aim to limit your stress as much as possible.

 

Heating installs and downlight replacements:

Heating installs and downlight replacements by our contractors have also restarted. They also have the necessary Covid-19 Health and Safety practices in place. 

If you had already been booked in for a heating install or downlight replacement and that was cancelled due to the lockdown, you will be contacted. You do not need to call us.

If you had accepted the quote but didn’t have an appointment yet, you will also be contacted in due course. You do not need to call us.

 

Insulation quotes:

Insulation quotes have also restarted. If you had already been booked in for an insulation quote and we had to cancel due to the lockdown, you will be contacted by us. You do not need to call us.

If you had asked for a quote or filled in our enquiry form but didn’t have an appointment yet, we will also contact you in due course. You do not need to call us.

If you would like a quote for insulation, please fill in the online enquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Curtain Bank:

Due to social distancing requirements in Level 2, we cannot have any customers coming to our Curtain Bank premises. However we can still help with free, recycled curtains. To get curtain please fill in our online Curtain Bank form and include colour and patterns preference. We will choose curtains for you based on your measurements and preferences and will contact you for contactless pick up at the entrance of our premises. 

 

Shop:

Our online shop is open for all products except pick-up only products. The shop at our premises will remain closed for now.

 

Energy Advice:

Our energy advisors are happy to run online group meetings on home energy advice through Zoom. Contact us for more information and to book.
