Terms and Conditions Discounts

These terms and conditions are applicable to:

1. the referral discount card provided to Community Energy Action customers with their invoice for their friends and family etc.
2. the Family Times coupon 
3. the referrer discount as promoted in the Airco newsletter and the Community Energy Action mail-out of November 2011 (ends 31 January 2012)

Where these terms and conditions refer to "discount" all types of discounts mentioned above are included.

The following terms and conditions apply:

• The discount is applicable for insulation quotes only and not for heating or any other Community Energy Action quotes or products.
• The discount is available only for those applying and eligible for the ENERGYWISE^TM insulation subsidies.
• To be valid, the discount card or voucher must be attached to the accepted quote. The referrer discount promoted  in the Airco newsletter and the Community Energy Action mail-out of November 2011 will be applied automatically in the promotion period, when a referrer is mentioned and no coupon or voucher is required.
• The discount is valid only for insulation quotes over $1000 (incl. GST) after subsidy has been applied.
• ENERGYWISE^TM insulation subsidy will be applied first, $100 referral discount will be taken off subsidised price incl. GST.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
• Community Energy Action takes no responsibility for accepted quotes where cards or vouchers have been mislaid, delayed or lost in the post.
• Discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one discount of $100 applies per eligible house.
• Community Energy Action reserves the right to refuse any discounts in circumstances where the discount would be applied beyond the scope of the intension of the promotion.
• Community Energy Action will decide eligibility within these terms and conditions and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
• If there is any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, results or any other matter relating to this promotion, the decision of Community Energy Action will be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
• These terms and conditions do not replace Community Energy Action's standard terms and conditions for the installation of insulation which also apply. If there is any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the standard terms and conditions for the installation of insulation, the terms and conditions for the installation of insulation will prevail.
• These terms and conditions do not replace ENERGYWISE^TM insulation terms and conditions which also apply. If there is any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the ENERGYWISE^TM insulation terms and conditions, the terms and conditions for the ENERGYWISE^TM insulation terms and conditions will prevail.
• Community Energy Action reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or terminate this promotion at any time.
• To the full extent of the law, Community Energy Action will not be liable to the winner or any third party for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including consequential loss) suffered by the winner or any third party in connection with this promotion or on utilisation of the prize.
• These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
