The Community Energy Action Charitable Trust / Airco Residential Panasonic promotion covers:

The following terms and conditions for the Community Energy Action Charitable Trust / Airco Residential Panasonic promotion apply.

Terms and conditions Panasonic TV draws:
• Two separate draws for a Panasonic 42” flat screen TV (please follow the link for details) will be held among eligible Community Energy Action Charitable Trust and Airco Residential customers and their eligible referrers.
• All customers with a quote for insulation from Community Energy Action (if not already installed to current EECA standard) AND a heat pump quote from Airco (Community Energy Action’s heating contractor) with a heating quote date between 1 November 2011 and 31 January 2012 are eligible to enter the relevant draws. As quote date is considered the date on the written heating quote as sent by Airco.
• All referrers of these customers also go in the draw. A referrer receives as many entries as they have referred customers. All Communtiy Energy Action customers since July 2009 and all Airco customers as well as some designated other groups are elible to be a referrer.
• Both customer and referrer will receive a second entry in the draw upon accepting both the heat pump AND insulation quotes (where insulation was not up to the current EECA standard). As acceptance date is considered the date the heating quote acceptance was received by Airco.
• Promotion period for these draws are 1 November to 30 November (draw 1) and 1 December to 31 January (draw 2) with draws held in the week after closing of the promotion period.
• All customers and their referrers that were eligible for the first draw, will also go in the second draw with the exception of the winner of the first draw.
• Insulation and heating quotes are performed on a first come first served basis and Community Energy Action nor Airco are responsible for unavailability of quoting options before promotion period(s) end. Community Energy Action and/or Airco will do their best to provide quotes as soon as possible and within the promotions’ time periods but take no responsibility for being unable to provide a quote in time to enter the promotion where this promotion proves very popular. Community Energy Action and/or Airco advise customers to get a quote as soon as possible and well before the end of the promotion to avoid missing out.
• Winner will need to pick up prize from: Panasonic NZ Ltd , Unit 18, 211 Ferry Road, Christchurch
• Draw is for TV appliance only and excludes any installation or system setup.
• Community Energy Action and Airco reserve the right to publicise any matter in connection with the promotion including use of winners' names and photographs. If the customer does not wish this, the customer must state clearly on their accepted quote or when asking for a quote that the customer does not wish to enter the promotion.
• Winners will be contacted by Community Energy Action and/or Airco and no correspondence will be entered into. If Community Energy Action and/or Airco are unable to contact the winner within a reasonable time using the contact details provided, Community Energy Action and Airco reserve the right to disqualify that person and select an alternative winner.
• The Panasonic TV cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Panasonic TV comes with standard 12 month warranty and for any questions and concerns winners will need to contact Panasonic New Zealand directly.

Terms and conditions for box of energy efficient light bulbs with every accepted Panasonic heat pump quote:

• All customers who have a Panasonic heat pump installed by Airco (Community Energy Action’s heating contractor) between 1 November 2011 and 31 January 2012 will receive a box of twelve free energy efficient light bulbs (EC19E27HD3E Edison screw type only, please follow the link for details).
• Box will be delivered at the time of installation of the heat pump.
• Light bulbs cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Prize is for boxed light bulbs only and excludes installation or anything else relating to the use of these light bulbs.
• Energy efficient light bulbs come without warranty and for any questions and concerns winners will need to contact Panasonic New Zealand directly.

General terms and conditions applying to all parts of this promotion:

• Only those living within a 20km range from the Christchurch CBD (boundary at Community Energy Action’s discretion) are eligible for this promotion. Those in other areas of Canterbury, north of the Rakaia, where a group of multiple insulation and heating quotes can be organised on the same day are also eligible. This too is at the discretion of Community Energy Action and Airco.

• A (free) insulation check is required to obtain a quote for a subsidised heat pump.

• By getting and/or accepting an insulation/heating quote during the periods referred to in these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Community Energy Action nor Airco take any responsibility for quote requests and acceptances that have been mislaid, delayed or lost in the post, email or left as phone message.
• Community Energy Action and Airco will decide eligibility within these terms and conditions and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
• If there is any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, results or any other matter relating to this promotion, the decision of Community Energy Action and Airco will be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
• These terms and conditions do not replace Community Energy Action’s and Airco’s standard terms and conditions for the installation of insulation and heating which also apply. If there is any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the standard terms and conditions for the installation of insulation, the terms and conditions for the installation of insulation will prevail.
• These terms and conditions do not replace ENERGYWISE^TM insulation terms and conditions which also apply. If there is any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the ENERGYWISE^TM insulation terms and conditions, the terms and conditions for the ENERGYWISE^TM insulation terms and conditions will prevail.
• Community Energy Action and Airco reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or terminate this promotion at any time.
• To the full extent of the law, Community Energy Action and Airco will not be liable to the winner(s)/receivers of any prizes or any third party for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including consequential loss) suffered by the winner or any third party in connection with this promotion or on utilisation of the prize.
• These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
• Community Energy Action and Airco staff, its contractors and their immediate families are excluded from participating in this promotion.
