In October I received subsidised insulation through your organisation. I wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the service I received from start to finish. In particular the 3 young men who carried out the work (Andy, Matt and Josh).
I am also impressed with the integrity of your organisation. I was asked for my contribution up front which I paid and thought no more of it. I was therefore astonished (& delighted) to receive a small refund on completion of the job. I think this speaks highly of the calibre and integrity of all your staff. I would have not known or expected a refund.

Thank you so much for the installation of underfloor and ceiling insulation in my home. I have noticed a big difference even though the weather hasn't been so cold and my power bill is greatly reduced compared with this time last year. Special thanks to your three men who did the installing. They were very efficient and courteous.

A heartfelt thank you to CEA for your service, installation and subsidy for my ceiling and underfloor insulation and ground lining. I am relieved to have achieved this step, and couldn't have done it without you. I can really tell the difference the underfloor insulation makes as the condensation on the windows is noticeably less, and the house doesn't feel that sharp cold in the morning! Please pass my thanks to your team who came to install all this. Not only were they early but also efficient and tidy. A great job! Thanks also for the refund on unused materials, much appreciated.

I wanted to let you know that the two men who came to do the work were very professional. They just got on and did the job, removed their shoes before coming in and asked in advance for access to the electrical sockets. I was very impressed. They also cleaned up the areas well when finished. Our home is now a lot drier and the heat holds in the house better. Many thanks.

The workmen were very efficient and after a very quick cuppa, completed the job well on time. This was not the nicest job to start on after the holiday break, squeezing in underneath in the dirt and dark to lay the matting, and again to be confined to a hot, stuffy loft with pink batts. Thank you to the Trust for making this possible.
