Terms and Conditions (Seasonal Discount)

The following terms and conditions apply to the 2015 25% off summer/autumn discount for non-subsidised insulation installation by Community Energy Action Charitable Trust (hereafter called CEA).

Terms and conditions:

Only non-subsidised insulation installations qualify.

The 25% discount only applies to installed ceiling, wall and underfloor insulation (including moisture barrier) but excludes any additional work associated with the installation of insulation such as but not limited to the cutting of a manhole, asbestos testing and removal, etc.

25% discount is applied to the amount excluding GST.

This promotion ends 18th December 2015. This means assessment will need to take place before 18th December 2015.

Installation will need to take place within 3 months of the assessment to qualify for the discount.

CEA is not responsible for assessments and installations that due to high demand or other reasons cannot take place before the end of the promotion. Customers are advised to get their insulation assessed and booked in as early as possible to avoid missing out. Customers outside of Christchurch are advised that CEA cannot do assessments in outlying areas until we have a reasonable number of assessments/installations in the area which may cause a delay.

By receiving and/or accepting an insulation quote under this project, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

CEA does not take any responsibility for registrations and quote acceptances that have been mislaid, delayed or lost either by post, email, phone message, via website or Facebook.

CEA will decide eligibility and participation within these terms and conditions and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

If there is any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, results or any other matter relating to this promotion, the decision of CEA will be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions do not replace CEA’s standard terms and conditions for the installation of insulation which also apply. If there is any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the standard terms and conditions for the installation of insulation, the terms and conditions for the installation of insulation will prevail.

CEA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or terminate this promotion at any time.

To the full extent of the law, CEA will not be liable to any participant or any third party for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including consequential loss) suffered by the participant or any third party in connection with this project or on utilisation of the installed insulation.

These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
